QC Holdings, Inc. (QCCO) provides alternative financial services and credit solutions to underserved consumers and small businesses in the United States and Canada. The company offers installment loans, deferred deposit loans, title-collateralized loans, check cashing, bill pay, wire transfer and money order services, debit cards, prepaid cards, online lending including personal loans under the 310-LOAN and LendNation brands, equity-based financing for small businesses, and invoice factoring services. It operates more than 325 retail locations in 12 U.S. states as LendNation, 19 retail locations in Canada, and online platforms as Speedy Cash. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, QC Holdings serves consumers seeking short-term credit options and small businesses needing working capital solutions. In June 2025, Prospect Capital Corporation completed the acquisition of QC Holdings in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $115 million, delisting its common stock from the OTC market while retaining headquarters and management led by President and CEO Darrin Andersen.
