In 2025, the group signed strategic partnerships with Shanghai's Renji Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and Chongqing's First Affiliated Hospital to enhance cross-border medical cooperation, resource sharing and patient access under China's Healthy China 2030 strategy; entered a memorandum of understanding with Gene Solutions to expand oncology clinical trials and precision medicine via comprehensive genomic profiling; reported 1H2025 revenue growth of 3.5% to S$378.4 million and profit after tax up 5.0% to S$32.5 million with PATMI at S$32.1 million; revised its dividend policy to at least 50% of sustainable earnings and announced a share buyback of up to 100 million ordinary shares over two years; and appointed Ms Woo Yeng Yeng as chief financial officer while deepening leadership in China healthcare operations.
