- Ramp Metals Inc. is a Canadian grassroots mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of precious- and base-metal mineral properties, with a primary focus on identifying gold and volcanogenic massive sulphide, or VMS, mineralization in Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned Rottenstone SW property, comprising approximately 32,715 hectares in the Rottenstone Domain of northern Saskatchewan. Its exploration activities include geological mapping; prospecting and rock, soil and core sampling; airborne, ground and borehole electromagnetic geophysical surveys; target generation; diamond drilling; mineralogical and geochemical analysis; and delineation of gold, copper, zinc, silver and lead mineralization. Ramp Metals’ principal exploration targets at Rottenstone SW include the Ranger gold target, where Ranger-001 intersected 73.55 grams per tonne gold and 19.50 grams per tonne silver over 7.5 metres, and the Rush VMS target, which hosts copper-zinc-silver-lead mineralization, including reported intersections from Rush-019 of 4.0 metres grading 4.84% copper equivalent within 28.23 metres grading 0.86% copper equivalent; Rush-015 of 7.4 metres grading 1.01% copper, 7.07% zinc and 10.11 grams per tonne silver; and Rush-010 of 27.0 metres grading 0.78% copper, 1.91% zinc, 0.53% lead and 12.71 grams per tonne silver. The Company does not operate a producing mine and generates its business activity through early-stage mineral exploration rather than the commercial production or sale of metals. Ramp Metals was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In March 2024, the Company completed a reverse takeover of Anacott Acquisition Corporation and began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol RAMP; its common shares also began trading on the OTC Markets in the United States under the symbol RMPMF during 2026. Recent operational developments include mobilization and completion of the 2026 winter drilling program at Rottenstone SW, expansion of the Rush VMS system through step-out and deeper drilling, confirmation of a second mineralized zone at Rush with an approximately 250-metre confirmed strike length that remains open along strike and at depth, and approval for a C$150,000 reimbursement under Saskatchewan’s 2025-2026 Targeted Mineral Exploration Incentive program.
