In a major strategic transaction, Pima Federal Credit Union completed the acquisition of substantially all assets and assumption of liabilities of Republic Bank in early 2025 following regulatory approvals and asset sale closing in March 2025, after which RBAZ Bancorp dissolved in May 2025, with customer accounts transitioned to Pima Federal's expanded network across Arizona counties including Maricopa.
