The company conducts its activities through three segments: Retail Drugstores, which sells prescription and over-the-counter drugs, nutritional supplements, traditional Chinese medicines, personal and family care products, medical devices, and convenience items including consumables, seasonal and promotional products; Online Pharmacy, which offers similar products via third-party platforms such as Alibaba's Tmall, JD.com and Amazon.com; and Drug Wholesale, which engages in offline and online distribution of pharmaceuticals, health food, cosmetics and daily necessities. Incorporated in 2006 and headquartered at Building 5, 4th Floor, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, Ridgetech primarily serves retail customers and wholesale buyers in the domestic Chinese market. In February 2024, the company changed its name from China Jo-Jo Drugstores Inc. to Ridgetech Inc. as part of a strategic business restructuring that included the acquisition of Allright (Hangzhou) Internet Technology Co. Ltd., a pharmaceutical wholesaler, via an equity exchange involving the issuance of 2.225 million ordinary shares. Most recently, in November 2025, Ridgetech completed a private placement of 4.68 million ordinary shares and warrants to purchase 11.7 million additional shares, raising gross proceeds of $2.808 million from non-U.S. accredited investors to support its operations.
