- Radisson Mining Resources Inc. is a gold exploration and development company focused on its 100% owned O’Brien Gold Project located in the Bousquet-Cadillac mining camp along the Larder-Lake-Cadillac Break in the Abitibi region of Quebec, Canada. The company’s main products and services include exploration, evaluation, and development of high-grade gold resources, primarily centered on the O’Brien Gold Project, which hosts the former O’Brien Mine and covers an area of approximately 7,481 to 9,032 hectares across the Abitibi-Temiscamingue and Nord-du-Quebec regions. Radisson’s portfolio comprises two key properties, and its exploration activities include extensive drilling programs aimed at resource expansion, with ongoing step-out drill programs and aggressive resource growth initiatives. The company leverages existing regional infrastructure and aims for a low-capital expenditure and high-value mining project with an estimated 11-year mine life based on recent Preliminary Economic Assessments. Radisson Mining Resources has completed significant developments recently, including a July 2025 Preliminary Economic Assessment highlighting the project’s economics as low cost with substantial upside potential. The company has advanced a 140,000-meter drill program to expand gold mineralization at the O’Brien project, producing high-grade intercepts in multiple locations. Radisson closed a brokered financing round in October 2025, raising CAD 25 million to fully fund exploration and ongoing operations, supplemented by exercised warrants strengthening its treasury position. The company strengthened its strategic position through a memorandum of understanding with IAMGOLD to potentially utilize the nearby Doyon mill for processing. Beyond financing and exploration, Radisson focuses on environmental stewardship and community engagement as part of its operational priorities. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Quebec, Canada, Radisson Mining Resources operates predominantly in the mining and quarrying sector with a specialization in gold mineral exploration. The company’s target markets include institutional investors and the mining industry with interests in high-grade gold deposits in stable North American jurisdictions. The experienced management team led by President and CEO Matthew Manson directs Radisson’s exploration, development, and corporate growth strategies toward establishing a profitable, long-life mining operation that balances resource expansion with capital efficiency and environmental responsibility. This comprehensive focus on high-grade gold exploration, funded expansions, strategic partnerships, and operational advancements positions Radisson Mining Resources as a prominent junior mining company advancing one of Quebec’s most historic and promising gold projects. The combination of substantial resource estimates, aggressive drilling, and infrastructure leverage underpin Radisson’s ongoing efforts to become a significant gold producer in the Canadian mining landscape.
