Rollins, Inc. Rollins, Inc. (NYSE:ROL) is a premier global consumer and commercial services company that provides essential pest control services and protection against termite damage, rodents, insects, and wildlife to more than 2.8 million residential and commercial customers. The company operates through wholly owned subsidiaries and franchises, including leading brands such as Orkin, HomeTeam Pest Defense, Western Pest Services, Critter Control, MosquitoNix, Northwest, Crane Pest Control, Trutech, Waltham Services, The Industrial Fumigant Company, Orkin Canada, and PermaTreat Pest Control; core offerings encompass residential pest and termite control with preventative treatments, inspections, baiting systems, and moisture control, commercial pest management including integrated pest management programs, industry-specific treatments for sectors like healthcare, foodservice, hospitality, retail, logistics, and property management, wildlife exclusion and removal, mosquito control, bird control, floor and drain cleaning, and ancillary services like home insulation and pretreatment for homebuilders. Rollins, Inc. conducts operations across the United States, Canada, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Mexico, the Mediterranean, and Australia from more than 900 locations with over 18,000 employees. Founded in 1948 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the company targets homeowners, renters, businesses, and property managers with recession-resistant recurring service agreements that generate the majority of revenue, bolstered by a decentralized model of local branches supported by proprietary technologies such as the Business Operations Support System (BOSS) smartphone app for technicians, Virtual Route Manager (VRM) for route optimization, Orkin 2.0 for scheduling, BizSuite for commercial quoting, and InSite for customer reporting. In recent developments, Rollins, Inc. completed the acquisition of Saela Holdings, LLC (Saela Pest Control) in April 2025 for $226 million, expanding its geographic footprint and service offerings while exceeding post-merger performance expectations as part of an ongoing aggressive M&A strategy that has included over 800 acquisitions since inception to consolidate the fragmented industry and drive growth; the company reported Q3 2025 revenues of $1 billion, up 12.0% year-over-year with 7.2% organic growth, Q2 2025 revenues of $999.5 million with 12.1% growth fueled by 7.3% organic and 4.8% acquisition contributions, and continued investments in AI-powered tools like the Branch Operating Support System to enhance efficiency, boost EBITDA margins toward 25-30% in 2025, and support 3-4% annual M&A-driven expansion.
