Business
IPAS Indexo is a Latvia-based financial services company that provides investment management and commercial banking solutions to retail and institutional clients. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Riga, Latvia, the company operates primarily within the Baltic region, serving private individuals and corporate customers. IPAS Indexo conducts its operations across two primary business segments: Pension Asset Management and Banking Services. The company offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services, including second-pillar state-funded pension plans featuring low-cost passive index-tracking equity and bond investment strategies; third-pillar private voluntary pension plans for individual long-term retirement savings; everyday digital banking services comprising current accounts, SEPA instant payment processing, and mobile banking applications; payment card solutions, including physical and virtual debit cards; consumer credit facilities, encompassing personal loans and residential mortgage financing; personal savings instruments, including demand deposits and fixed-term deposit accounts; and commercial banking services for small and medium-sized enterprises, including corporate settlement accounts, liquidity management, and merchant transaction services. In recent developments, the group secured a full European Central Bank credit institution license for its subsidiary, AS Indexo Banka, marking its strategic transition from a dedicated pension fund manager into a full-service digital commercial bank. Following authorization, the company launched its consumer banking operations, deployed its proprietary mobile banking platform, and executed capital increases and share offerings listed on the Nasdaq Riga exchange to support balance sheet expansion and institutional growth.
