- QTCG Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based engineering contractor and integrated building systems specialist engaged in the turnkey design, procurement, installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure for large-scale commercial, industrial, residential, and public sector developments. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Minburi, Bangkok, Thailand, the company operates primarily across the domestic Thai market with long-term strategic initiatives focused on the wider ASEAN region. The company delivers its engineering and contracting solutions across distinct core service lines, which comprise: electrical and communication systems, including high-, medium-, and low-voltage power distribution, electrical substations, emergency backup power generators, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units, lightning protection, grounding systems, architectural lighting, structured network cabling, building management systems (BMS), closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control, and telecommunications infrastructure; air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, including centralized chilled-water plants, variable refrigerant flow (VRF/VRV) cooling, cleanroom ventilation, air filtration, industrial exhaust ductwork, and thermal control installations; sanitary and plumbing systems, encompassing cold and hot water distribution networks, wastewater treatment facilities, drainage and sewer piping, stormwater management, and specialized industrial fluid piping; fire protection and life safety systems, comprising automated wet and dry sprinkler networks, gaseous clean-agent suppression, fire pumps, hydrants, smoke detectors, and integrated fire alarm systems; and renewable energy engineering solutions, providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) alongside operation and maintenance for commercial and industrial rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar farm installations. Beyond its core engineering operations, QTCG maintains secondary business interests in distressed asset management, involving the acquisition, restructuring, and resolution of non-performing loans (NPLs) acquired from financial institutions, as well as digital media and advertising space management. In recent corporate developments, QTCG completed its initial public offering (IPO) and officially listed its shares on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) under the Stock Exchange of Thailand in April 2024 to strengthen its capitalization. Following its public listing, the company has executed newly issued ordinary share subscription rounds to enhance working capital, expanded its engineering portfolio into sustainable energy EPC contracts, and scaled its bidding capacity to secure large-scale public utility and private commercial project backlogs across Thailand.
