Business
Thai Parcels Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based logistics and transportation company specializing in express parcel delivery, freight distribution, and integrated supply chain solutions. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, the company operates across business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and consumer-to-consumer (C2C) segments through an extensive nationwide network of distribution centers and regional service hubs. The company provides a diversified portfolio of logistics services, comprising door-to-door express delivery; specialized transportation for bulky, heavy, and odd-sized goods such as furniture, household electrical appliances, bedding, exercise equipment, automotive tires, and agricultural machinery; warehousing and inventory storage; fulfillment, sorting, and packaging services, including kitting and order preparation; point-to-point freight forwarding; and cash-on-delivery (COD) processing, reverse logistics management, and real-time electronic parcel tracking. In recent strategic developments, Thai Parcels launched its Synergy Move transformation strategy to transition into an integrated commercial logistics and transport platform. As part of this expansion, the company executed the complete acquisition of First Transport Group and Chalermpat Corporation Co., Ltd., expanding its operational capabilities into passenger transit services—including corporate employee shuttle operations and tourism charter services—while leveraging unified fleet management, shared maintenance infrastructure, and artificial intelligence-driven route optimization to reduce operating costs and improve fleet efficiency.
