(SGC) manufactures and sells customized apparel, promotional products, branded uniforms, and related services across three segments: Branded Products, Healthcare Apparel, and Contact Centers. The Branded Products segment, under BAMKO and HPI brands, offers customized merchandising solutions, promotional products, branded uniform programs, corporate awards, event promotions, employee incentives, and specialty packaging to industries including chain retail, food service, entertainment, technology, and transportation; the Healthcare Apparel segment, under Fashion Seal Healthcare, CID Resources, Wink, and Carhartt brands, produces scrubs, lab coats, protective apparel, patient gowns, clean room apparel, and personal protective equipment sold to healthcare laundries, dealers, distributors, and retailers; the Contact Centers segment, through The Office Gurus entities, provides outsourced nearshore business process outsourcing, contact, and call-center support services to North American customers. Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Florida, the company operates sales offices in the United States and Brazil, support services in China and India, manufacturing in Haiti and other global locations, and contact centers in El Salvador, Belize, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and the United States. Recent developments include the December 2024 acquisition of substantially all assets of 3Point Brand Management for $6.4 million to enhance branded product capabilities, a new $17.5 million stock repurchase program announced with 2024 earnings, continued dividend payments since 1977, and strategic focus on AI integration in contact centers alongside projected fiscal 2025 sales of $590 million.
