- Sanli Environmental Ltd. is a Singapore-based environmental engineering company specializing in integrated water, wastewater, and waste management infrastructure solutions. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates primarily through three business segments: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC); Operations and Maintenance (O&M); and Emerging Business Segments (EBS). Under its EPC segment, the company provides turnkey engineering solutions including the design, engineering, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment; process upgrading and retrofitting of municipal water treatment plants, water reclamation facilities, and NEWater plants; capacity expansion of intake and distribution pumping stations and service reservoirs; replacement of aging mechanical systems; and the design and construction of air pollution control, odor control, and industrial wastewater treatment process systems. Under its O&M segment, the company provides scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair services for public and private water and waste infrastructure facilities; round-the-clock emergency maintenance response; and specialized equipment overhauls, servicing, and testing conducted at its dedicated workshop. Under its Emerging Business Segments, the company engages in the manufacturing and distribution of magnesium hydroxide slurry used for wastewater neutralization, heavy metal precipitation, industrial flue gas desulphurisation, and marine exhaust gas cleaning systems; the development, EPC execution, ownership, and operation of solar photovoltaic (PV) renewable energy assets; and the provision of environmental and workplace safety consultancy services. Sanli Environmental serves public sector statutory bodies, including Singapore's Public Utilities Board (PUB) and National Environment Agency (NEA), transportation authorities, and private industrial enterprises across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Myanmar. The group holds a Building and Construction Authority (BCA) L6 grade accreditation, qualifying it to tender for public infrastructure projects of unlimited financial value. In recent developments, the company significantly expanded its infrastructure portfolio, securing a S$281 million contract from the Land Transport Authority in collaboration with China Railway Electrification Engineering Group for electrical works on the Cross Island Line, alongside a S$205 million contract for the Changi NEWater Factory 3 project. Additionally, the group advanced its chemical distribution by entering the maritime sector with its first supply of magnesium hydroxide slurry for commercial vessel emissions abatement, began power generation from an asset-owned solar PV installation in Thailand, and incorporated new operating subsidiaries, including Sanli Bina (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia and WSH360 Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, to broaden its regional presence and safety solutions offerings.
