- AcroMeta Group Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company that provides specialized maintenance and engineering support services for controlled environments, alongside diversified trading activities in mineral resources and consumer goods. Founded in 1996, incorporated in 2015, and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates primarily across Southeast Asia, serving clients in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, research and development, semiconductor, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
The company organizes its business operations into maintenance services and diversified trading divisions. Its core products and services encompass comprehensive facilities maintenance and engineering services, including scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, retrofitting, testing, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; maintenance of specialized exhaust, filtration, and air distribution systems for cleanrooms, sterile environments, and biosafety laboratories; servicing of mechanical and electrical infrastructure; calibration and maintenance of laboratory monitoring equipment and environmental control instruments; facilities management support services; wholesale trading and distribution of non-metallic mineral products, industrial minerals, and mineral sands; and commercial trading and distribution of consumer electronics and lifestyle products.
In recent years, AcroMeta Group Limited has executed significant strategic shifts and corporate restructuring to transition toward an asset-light, diversified holding model. The company rebranded from Acromec Limited to AcroMeta Group Limited to reflect its expanded mandate. As part of its operational realignment, the group completed the divestment of its capital-intensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) subsidiary, Acromec Engineers Pte. Ltd., for approximately SGD 3.3 million, followed by the sale of its 70% controlling interest in Life Science Incubator Holdings Pte Ltd (LSI), which operated co-working laboratory spaces, for approximately SGD 2.7 million. To establish new revenue streams, the group expanded into the mineral resources sector, entering into a strategic non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire an equity stake of up to 60% in Inadel Sdn. Bhd. to access sand concession assets in Malaysia, while also instituting the AcroMeta Performance Share Plan 2025 to support corporate governance and long-term strategic alignment.
