TEHO International Inc Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company that provides integrated marine, offshore oil and gas, engineering, and real estate solutions. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Singapore, the company is listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX: 5OQ). The company operates primarily through two core segments: Marine and Offshore, and Property. Through its Marine and Offshore division and specialized subsidiaries such as TEHO Ropes, TEHO Water and Envirotec, and TEHO Engineering, the company provides an extensive range of equipment and technical services, including synthetic fiber ropes and high-performance mooring lines marketed under its proprietary MAGNARO brand; steel wire ropes, mooring cables, and anchor chains; rigging hardware and specialized fittings; fabrication, spooling, socketing, tensile load testing, rope optimization, and equipment recertification services; marine water treatment and environmental systems, including reverse osmosis desalination plants, hydrophore and hot water calorifier systems, and marine sanitation sewage treatment units; and mechanical, electrical, and HVAC engineering equipment, pumping systems, and automation solutions. Through its Property division, including TEHO Property Consultants and TEHO Development, the group engages in real estate investment, property development, commercial and residential valuation, and agency brokerage services. TEHO International maintains operational facilities, warehouses, and distribution points across key maritime hubs in Singapore, South Korea, China, the Netherlands, and the United States to serve global shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore operators, and industrial enterprises. In recent developments, the group expanded its regional supply chain footprint through the acquisition of a dedicated warehousing facility in the Republic of Korea via its wholly-owned subsidiary TEHO Ropes Korea Co., Ltd. to enhance logistics and stockholding capacity across Northeast Asia. Additionally, the company streamlined its capital profile through the completed disposal of its industrial property at 1 Bukit Batok Crescent in Singapore, granted long-term incentive share awards under the TEHO Performance Share Plan 2021, and reconstituted its board of directors and key governance committees between 2024 and 2026 to strengthen leadership oversight and drive operational efficiency across its core international marine supply operations.
