- Heatec Jietong Holdings Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company and turnkey engineering solutions provider specializing in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of heat exchangers, piping systems, and chemical cleaning services for the marine, offshore oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. The company operates through three core business segments: Heat Exchangers, Piping, and Chemical Cleaning. The Heat Exchangers segment encompasses the custom design, engineering, thermal calculation, fabrication, retubing, and repair of shell and tube heat exchangers, charge air coolers, air-cooled heat exchangers, plate coolers, surface condensers, heaters, and freshwater generators adhering to ASME, TEMA, and API standards; onsite inspection, non-destructive testing, and restoration for marine vessels and land-based facilities. The Piping segment provides turnkey project management, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of high-pressure process piping, ballast water treatment system piping, cryogenic piping, and hydraulic piping networks for Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) conversions, offshore drilling rigs, tankers, and commercial vessels. The Chemical Cleaning segment, operated through its Chem-Grow subsidiaries, delivers ultrasonic cleaning of charged air coolers and filters; hot oil flushing compliant with NAS and ISO cleanliness standards; hydro-jetting; pickling; degreasing; and stainless steel passivation for industrial process systems and shipboard components. In addition, the company designs and fabricates pre-assembled modular skid packages and engages in the trading and supply of heat exchanger spare parts, specialized pipes, valves, and fittings. Headquartered in Singapore, Heatec Jietong was founded in 1990, incorporated in its current holding structure in 2007, and listed on the SGX Catalist board in 2009, maintaining operational facilities and service hubs across Singapore, China, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. In recent corporate developments, Heatec Jietong established Tema Heatec Pte. Ltd. in 2025, a joint venture with India-based TEMA India Private Limited to expand the engineering, promotion, and supply of advanced process equipment, skid modules, and specialized heat and mass transfer systems across Southeast Asia. Furthermore, the group executed strategic portfolio rationalization initiatives, including the divestment of its 60% stake in loss-making subsidiary Setya Energy Pte. Ltd. in late 2025 to optimize its balance sheet and focus on core engineering capabilities, alongside strengthening its executive leadership with the appointment of Sam Kai Chyuan as Chief Financial Officer.
