- China Mining International Limited is an investment holding company engaged in agricultural produce cultivation and trading, commercial and residential property management, and mining sector investments. Founded in 1999, incorporated in the Cayman Islands in September 2004, and headquartered in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the People's Republic of China, the company operates primarily across mainland China and is publicly listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. The group manages its operations through three core business segments: Agriculture, Property Development and Management, and Mining. The Agriculture segment provides fresh fruit cultivation, crop harvesting, agricultural refrigeration and cold-chain storage, produce processing, packaging, wholesale distribution, supply chain logistics, and the import and export of agricultural commodities, with a primary focus on pomegranate plantations; the Property Development and Management segment provides real estate development, commercial property leasing, residential sales, retail space management, office leasing, and property maintenance and facility services across urban centers in Henan Province; and the Mining segment provides capital investment, equity participation, project financing, exploration rights management, and asset holding services targeting mineral resources and metal extraction ventures. The group serves a broad customer base comprising agricultural distributors, supermarket chains, industrial commodity traders, residential homeowners, and commercial corporate tenants. In recent major corporate developments, China Mining International Limited has pursued significant operational reorganizations and divestments to optimize its asset portfolio, including the disposal of its investment interest in the South African Thabazimbi iron ore mine, the corporate divestment of non-core entities such as Xinxiang Huilong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Henan Central Agriculture and Commerce Co., Ltd., and the application to strike off its dormant unit China Mining Singapore Pte. Ltd. Furthermore, the company has undertaken strategic adjustments to its agricultural business following local municipal land expropriation for infrastructure projects, resulting in the write-off and restructuring of bearer biological assets, while actively executing court-supervised debt mediation and financial stabilization procedures for its controlled agricultural operating subsidiary, Henan Zhongnong Huasheng Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
