- Envictus International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company that operates as a diversified food and beverage manufacturer, wholesale distributor, and restaurant operator across Southeast Asia and global export markets. Founded in 1997, incorporated in 2003, and headquartered in Singapore, the company conducts major commercial and processing operations throughout Malaysia, while exporting products across the Asia-Pacific region, China, and Africa. The group organizes its activities into four core business segments: Food Services, Trading and Frozen Food, Dairies, and Food Processing. The Food Services division operates the Texas Chicken quick-service restaurant franchise in Malaysia and Brunei, serving fried chicken, burgers, sides, and beverages; and owns and manages the San Francisco Coffee chain of specialty coffee outlets. The Trading and Frozen Food division, managed principally through subsidiary Pok Brothers Sdn Bhd, imports and wholesales premium chilled and frozen food products; including beef, lamb, venison, and poultry; marine and seafood items; dairy products and specialty cheeses; and French fries, canned groceries, dressings, and condiments to hotels, restaurants, airlines, caterers, and retail supermarkets. The Dairies division, operating via Motivage Sdn Bhd, manufactures and distributes sweetened condensed milk, evaporated creamer, and related dairy products under brand names including SuJohan, Motilait, and Family Farm. The Food Processing division manufactures portion-controlled butcher meats, sausages, and deli cold cuts under the Gourmessa brand, as well as commercial bakery goods and breads under the Hearty Bake brand. In recent corporate developments, Malaysian group Paramount Corporation Berhad acquired a 28% strategic equity stake in Envictus in July 2025, becoming a substantial shareholder. In January 2026, subsidiary Pok Brothers Sdn Bhd entered into an agreement to acquire a detached industrial factory and warehouse facility in Selangor, Malaysia, for RM68 million to scale up logistics and cold-chain storage capabilities. These strategic actions accompany an ongoing store rollout for Texas Chicken and broad operational expansion across the group's manufacturing and supply chain networks.
