- Hoe Leong Corporation Ltd. is an investment holding company engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of undercarriage components and replacement parts for heavy equipment and industrial machinery. Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates primarily across two core business segments: Design and Manufacture, and Trading and Distribution. Through its manufacturing facilities in China and South Korea and an international distribution network spanning the Asia-Pacific region, Australia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, the company serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket customers in the mining, construction, forestry, and agriculture sectors. The company's comprehensive product portfolio includes undercarriage assemblies and parts such as dry, sealed, and sealed-and-lubricated track chains; single-flange and double-flange track rollers; carrier rollers; front idlers; drive sprockets and bolt-on segment groups; track shoes, including single-bar, triple-grouser, and heavy-duty crawler shoes; ground engaging tools (G.E.T.) comprising bucket teeth, adapters, cutting edges, and end bits; and off-the-road (OTR) industrial tires and wheels. These products are marketed under proprietary and in-house brand names, including KBJ, MIZU, Rossi, and Trackex, as well as under custom OEM specifications. In addition to component manufacturing and distribution, Hoe Leong provides equipment maintenance and technical support through its specialized track frame rebuild and exchange programs, offering non-destructive ultrasonic testing, wear diagnosis, bushing turn and pin replacement, track link resealing, grouser relogging, idler rebuilding, cleaner hole cutting, custom component fabrication, and on-site engineering assistance. The group's principal operating subsidiaries include Ho Leong Tractors Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, Kunshan Kanto Buhin Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in China, and Trackspares Global Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. In recent corporate developments, Hoe Leong Corporation entered into a conditional subscription agreement in July 2024 with eScoopG Pte. Ltd. to issue 10 billion new ordinary shares for gross proceeds of S$20 million to support business expansion and working capital, which was subsequently amended and later terminated in February 2025 due to the non-fulfillment of conditions precedent by the extended long-stop date. The company has also focused on managing and resolving long-standing cross-border material litigation before the Malaysian courts, strengthening board and financial management governance, and realigning its global supply chain and distribution footprint across key mining and infrastructure markets.
