- Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company that provides environmental management solutions, healthcare consumables, property investment, and construction services. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates across key international markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, and the United States. Enviro-Hub organizes its operations into four principal business segments: Trading, Recycling, and Refining of E-Waste and Metals; Manufacturing and Trading of Healthcare Products; Property Investment and Management; and Others.
The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services, including: electronic waste (e-waste) management and recycling services, encompassing the collection, sorting, dismantling, and secure destruction of waste electrical and electronic equipment; chemical processing, recycling, and refining of precious metals, specifically platinum group metals (PGM) and copper scrap; proprietary waste-to-resource conversion technologies that transform discarded plastics into commercial-grade liquid hydrocarbon fuel oil; manufacturing, packaging, and international distribution of specialized natural rubber and nitrile examination gloves for medical and industrial applications through its subsidiary Pastel Glove Sdn. Bhd.; retail pharmacy and healthcare product distribution through its R-Pharmacy chain, supplying prescription pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and medical devices; commercial and industrial real estate investment, property management, and leasing services; and civil engineering, foundation piling contracting, and the rental, maintenance, and repair of heavy construction machinery.
In recent strategic developments, Enviro-Hub Holdings has focused on business rationalization and capital reallocation toward high-growth sectors. In April 2025, the company entered into a non-binding letter of intent with an Asia-Pacific industrial partner to divest its wholly owned subsidiaries, HLS Environmental Pte. Ltd. and HLS Property Pte. Ltd., for an estimated enterprise value between SGD 45 million and SGD 55 million, aiming to streamline its recycling assets and strengthen its balance sheet. This follows the group's strategic diversification into the healthcare sector through the majority acquisition of glove manufacturer Pastel Glove Sdn. Bhd. and the retail expansion of the R-Pharmacy brand across Malaysia via its Pastel Care Sdn. Bhd. joint venture. Additionally, the group has continued optimizing its organizational structure through the striking off of dormant corporate entities to enhance operational efficiency.
