Business
Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding and construction services company that delivers end-to-end building solutions, precast prefabrication manufacturing, civil engineering, and project management services for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Singapore, the group operates primarily across Singapore and Southeast Asia through three principal business segments: General Construction, Precast and Prefabrication, and Civil Engineering. Under its General Construction segment, the company provides turnkey design-and-build services; general contracting; additions and alterations (A&A); project management and structural engineering; architectural fitting-out; mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems integration; and sustainable green building consultancy for public housing projects, private high-rise residential condominiums, landed estates, industrial manufacturing plants, specialized food processing complexes, ramp-up logistics facilities, business park campuses, and civic facilities. Through its Precast and Prefabrication segment, operated primarily through subsidiaries including Precast Concrete Pte. Ltd., the group manufactures, supplies, and installs modular building systems, including Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) modules; Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBUs); precast concrete facades; hollow core slabs; structural columns, beams, and staircases; lightweight precast partition wall panels; and bespoke architectural precast elements manufactured at its automated Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hub (ICPH). Under its Civil Engineering segment, the group executes ground engineering and infrastructure projects, comprising deep foundation works; earthworks and excavation; drainage and water infrastructure networks; road construction; external landscape engineering; and structural substructure works for government agencies, statutory boards, industrial landlords, and commercial developers. In recent developments, Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. has secured multi-million-dollar contract awards to construct major public residential developments for the Housing & Development Board (HDB) and high-specification industrial facilities in Singapore, significantly expanding its order book backlog. The company has deepened its technological transformation by integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and digital tracking across its prefabricated manufacturing supply chain. To enhance operational productivity and environmental performance, the group has expanded the deployment of low-carbon concrete formulations within its ICPH facility, scaled its modular PPVC production lines, and strategically focused its resources on Singapore's robust public infrastructure, industrial logistics, and residential building sectors while optimizing its regional footprint.
