(SHFS) provides financial services to institutions serving the cannabis industry through its subsidiaries and proprietary platform, Safe Harbor Financial; core offerings include business checking and savings accounts, cash management accounts, savings and investment options, commercial lending, courier and vaulting services, remote deposit services, automated clearing house payments and origination, debit and wire payments, regulatory compliance consulting, know-your-customer and Bank Secrecy Act compliance software, origination and servicing of cannabis-related deposit business, and sourcing, underwriting, servicing and administration of loans to cannabis businesses and related entities; additional services encompass online and mobile banking with account balances, statements, transfers, bill pay and electronic statements, treasury management including payables and receivables, vendor pay, payroll, tax support, and personal banking for cannabis employees. The company operates nationwide in the United States, partnering with FDIC- and NCUA-insured banks and credit unions to deliver compliant banking, lending, digital payments and cash handling for licensed cannabis operators including dispensaries, cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, hemp, CBD and ancillary businesses. Founded in 2015 and headquartered at 1526 Cole Boulevard, Suite 250 in Golden, Colorado, SHF Holdings recently regained Nasdaq compliance through a September 2025 recapitalization raising $6.8 million in new capital including Series B proceeds while eliminating substantially all debt, announced a $150 million equity line of credit expandable to $500 million with CREO Investments to fund cannabis lending and fintech expansion, introduced a Fully Managed Cannabis Banking Program for deposit growth and compliance outsourcing, extended partnerships with Wurk for workforce management and FundCanna for capital access, and reported Q3 2025 net income of $179,508 with average monthly deposits of $108 million across 774 active accounts.
