Siemens AG recently announced plans to potentially transfer an additional 30% of Siemens Healthineers shares to its own shareholders, aiming for a more streamlined, software-centric industrial technology focus. The Siemens Financial Services (SFS) division provides a wide array of business-to-business financial solutions internationally.
