Business
Calida Holding AG manufactures and markets premium bodywear products including underwear, sleepwear, loungewear and lingerie for women, men and children under the CALIDA, AUBADE and COSABELLA brands; CALIDA offers high-quality, durable and resource-efficient underwear, sleepwear and loungewear, AUBADE provides luxury lingerie with innovative styling and glamorous designs since 1958, and COSABELLA delivers confidence-boosting luxury underwear and loungewear with timeless designs since 1983. The company sells through brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce channels to consumers in Switzerland, Germany, France, other Europe, the United States, Asia and additional international markets. Founded in 1941 and headquartered in Sursee, Switzerland, Calida Holding AG employs 1,900 people and generated CHF 102 million in sales in the first half of 2025. Recent strategic changes include the 2024 sale of the MILLET MOUNTAIN GROUP to Jean-Pierre Millet and Inspiring Sport Capital, the sale of ERLICH TEXTIL, the divestiture of LAFUMA MOBILIER to Peugeot Frères Industrie, a share buyback program to reduce share capital with the Kellenberger founding family reducing its stake while maintaining long-term commitment, discontinuation of the onmyskin online shop with full integration of e-commerce into CALIDA operations, and a fundamental repositioning of COSABELLA accompanied by organizational and structural restructuring; in 2025, the company appointed a new general management team to strengthen senior leadership.
