The company holds 100%-owned Energy Sands and Jupiter uranium projects located in the San Rafael Uranium District in Utah, United States, bordering Western Uranium and Vanadium’s San Rafael Project; these properties cover approximately 3,900 acres of unpatented mining claims with historic underground workings, drilling, and known uranium mineralization, benefiting from proximity to existing uranium mills and a favorable mining jurisdiction. It also maintains the Pine Channel uranium property comprising six mineral claims encompassing 6,028 hectares at the northern edge of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan, Canada, as well as interests in gold and base metal exploration including the recent Millionara gold project in Nevada. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company formerly operated as Pistol Bay Mining Inc. until its name change in December 2020. In December 2025, Pegasus entered into a binding letter agreement with Urano Energy Corp. for a proposed business combination whereby Urano will acquire all issued and outstanding Pegasus securities through a plan of arrangement, consolidating Urano's I-70 uranium project with Pegasus' Energy Sands and Jupiter assets; the transaction, anticipated to close with Pegasus nominating one director to Urano's board, underscores strategic consolidation in the Colorado Plateau uranium region. Recent activities include the 2024 acquisition of the Jupiter project, exploration success at Energy Sands, securing key permits, leadership expansion, and evaluation of additional strategic opportunities, alongside a proposed share consolidation and extension of a private placement financing.
