In 2024, the company completed the strategic acquisition of 90.11% of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST) by its subsidiary iForte for approximately IDR 3.42 trillion, adding 3,869 towers, 3,839 new tenants, and expanding fiber infrastructure to support enhanced FTTT, FTTH, and connectivity services while generating additional EBITDA exceeding IDR 700 billion; this bolstered its position as Indonesia's largest independent digital infrastructure provider amid rising digital demand.
