This transaction, expected to close in Q4 2024 and be accretive to earnings per share within the first year, follows prior acquisitions of Midwest Logistics Systems and M&M Transport Services, LLC, solidifying Schneider's position with over 8,400 dedicated tractors representing about 70% of its truckload fleet. The company continues to innovate with tools like Schneider FreightPower for instant freight quoting and booking, alongside advanced technologies such as satellite tracking and driver tablets.
