The company offers refrigerants including low-global-warming-potential Solstice HFO products; blowing agents such as Solstice blowing agents for polyurethane foams; electronic materials and semiconductor manufacturing solutions; ballistic protection fibers under the Spectra Shield brand; fluoropolymer films; specialty additives including Solstice Titan for asphalt modification; fine chemicals and brazing solutions like Jet Applied Brazing Flux; solvents and propellants; authentication technologies; Aclar barrier packaging for healthcare; high-strength Spectra fibers for medical and armor uses; thermal interface materials; and research chemicals including HF acid and BF3. Solstice operates globally with manufacturing sites, R&D facilities, and teams in the United States, Europe including the United Kingdom and Ireland, Asia including China, Japan and India, and Latin America; its headquarters is located in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Formerly the Advanced Materials division of Honeywell International Inc., Solstice completed its spin-off as an independent publicly traded company in October 2025 and began trading on Nasdaq under the SOLS ticker. In December 2025, the company broke ground on a $200 million expansion in Spokane to enhance semiconductor production through automated systems, digitalization, laser-vision inspections and improved productivity. Solstice reported third-quarter 2025 adjusted EBITDA of $235 million, reflecting a 5% decline from the prior year, while maintaining a workforce of nearly 4,000 employees from its Honeywell era operations.
