The company manages its operations through two distinct divisions: Community Banking and Insurance. Within its Community Banking segment, it provides various deposit solutions, encompassing demand deposit accounts, interest-bearing accounts, savings options, and certificates of deposit. The firm also extends diverse lending products, including commercial real estate loans; specialized commercial and agricultural financing; residential construction and 1-4 family residential mortgages; and consumer loans for vehicles and other personal needs. Beyond traditional banking, South Plains Financial, Inc. offers comprehensive mortgage banking services, digital banking platforms, and both debit and credit card products. Its service portfolio further includes traditional trust and investment products, as well as a variety of insurance offerings through its dedicated segment. The company maintains a significant presence with 25 full-service banking branches and 15 loan production offices strategically located throughout Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Established in 1941, South Plains Financial, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Lubbock, Texas.
