Spirax Group plc (formerly Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc; ticker: SPX, SPXSF) manufactures and sells thermal energy management and fluid technology solutions for industrial processes worldwide. The company operates through three primary businesses: Steam Thermal Solutions, which provides steam traps, pressure-reducing valves, heat exchangers, condensate recovery systems, control and management products for industrial steam systems; Electric Thermal Solutions, offering electrical process heating, temperature management solutions, freeze protection, defrost systems, and thermal uniformity products for semiconductors via brands including Chromalox, Vulcanic, Thermocoax, and Durex Industries; and Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, supplying peristaltic pumps, tube and hose pumps, single-use technologies, fluid path components for biopharma and process industries. These offerings serve over 100,000 customers in sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, healthcare, power generation, aviation, space, and semiconductors across nearly 70 countries with more than 30 manufacturing plants. Founded in 1888 and headquartered in Cheltenham, United Kingdom, the company rebranded to Spirax Group plc in February 2024 to reflect its evolution into a diversified group; it completed acquisitions of Vulcanic in Q4 2022 and Durex Industries in late 2022 to bolster its Electric Thermal Solutions segment, reported organic revenue growth of 4% for full year 2024 with half-year 2025 results in line with expectations including 3% organic sales growth, and continues to advance decarbonisation solutions like electrified boilers while maintaining FTSE 100 listing.
