- Strategic Resources Inc. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based mineral development and materials manufacturing company focused on supplying critical minerals and green-steel inputs for the electrified economy. The Company develops vanadium- and titanium-bearing magnetite deposits and related processing infrastructure; its planned product portfolio includes direct-reduction-grade iron ore pellets, high-purity pig iron, vanadium products and titanium-bearing products for steelmaking, high-quality metal alloys and advanced battery applications. The Company was formed in 2004 and completed a reverse takeover of BlackRock Metals Inc. in 2023. Recent developments include an April 2026 memorandum of understanding with Tyfast Energy to develop a Canadian vanadium-to-battery supply pathway for heavy-duty electrification; amendments to its C$10 million LIFE/non-brokered private-placement financing in March and April 2026; a Frankfurt Stock Exchange listing completed in April 2026; submission of responses to Québec’s environment ministry concerning the Port Saguenay pellet plant in May 2026; and a June 2026 arrangement to supply concentrate to the €17 million FutSteel research project in Finland.
