- Stakeholder Gold Corp. operates as a Canadian mineral exploration and natural-stone producer focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of precious-metal, base-metal and critical-mineral properties, together with the production and sale of exotic quartzite building stone. The Company’s principal mining asset is its 100%-owned Ballarat Gold-Copper Project in Yukon Territory, Canada, located in the White Gold District near the Coffee Mine Project. Ballarat comprises approximately 1,140 contiguous mineral claims covering approximately 22,700 hectares along a 20-kilometre corridor and includes the Skye Gold Zone, the Loki critical-mineral and copper-nickel-cobalt-platinum-group-element target, and associated gold, copper and geophysical exploration targets. Its exploration activities include diamond drilling; geological mapping; soil and prospecting surveys; airborne and ground geophysical surveys; target generation; mineral-resource evaluation; and permitting for expanded exploration programs. Stakeholder Gold also generates operating cash flow through its wholly owned Brazilian subsidiary, Mineração VMC Ltda., which produces and sells exotic natural-stone materials from four independent quarries in Brazil. VMC’s product portfolio includes blue and white quartzite blocks and slabs for export-oriented architectural, interior-design and construction applications, including premium decorative stone and engineered-stone feedstock; the subsidiary is pursuing increased international sales and exports of exotic building materials. Incorporated in 2011, Stakeholder Gold Corp. is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with exploration operations in Yukon Territory and quarrying operations in Brazil. Recent developments include the completion of a 2,000-metre 2026 drilling program at Ballarat and final assay results from discovery hole BA2601 at the Loki Zone, which intersected copper-nickel-cobalt and platinum-palladium mineralization over the full 498-metre hole; the advancement of 3D VTEM and magnetic inversions and soil/prospecting programs at Loki West and newly staked Loki East; and the submission of a Class 3 mining land-use permit application intended to support expanded drilling at Ballarat. In June 2026, Mineração VMC entered an agreement to acquire a 50% interest in and operate a fully licensed quarry in Uruoca, Ceará, Brazil, producing Taj Mahal quartzite, with planned expansion toward full-scale commercial production. Stakeholder Gold also completed C$2.29 million of flow-through financings in March 2026 and a C$700,400 non-brokered flow-through private placement in August 2026, and upgraded its U.S. quotation from the OTCQB Venture Market to the OTCQX Best Market in August 2026 while continuing to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SRC.
