Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Hebi City, Henan Province, the company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market in August 2020 as the first listed entity from Hebi. In July 2025, Henan Shijia Photons Technology plans to acquire 82% equity in a target to gain production capabilities for MT connectors, enhancing supply chain independence, reducing costs, and strengthening core competitiveness through vertical integration in optical communication components.
