In recent developments, Sartorius completed the acquisition of MatTek Corp, including Visikol Inc, on July 1, 2025, integrating advanced human cell-based 3D models into its Lab Products & Services division to enhance drug development capabilities and synergies with cell analysis tools; formed partnerships in 2025 with Nanotein Technologies for cell therapy reagents, Sensible and Tulip Interfaces for process automation including integration with its Biobrain suite; and launched new filtration solutions for monoclonal antibodies, bioprocess software and weighing technology advancements, while reporting 7.5 percent sales revenue growth to 2.61 billion euros in the first nine months of 2025 driven by consumables.
