In July 2024, Scentre Group introduced the Dexus Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund as a new joint venture partner, selling a 25% interest in Westfield Chermside in Brisbane for $683 million at a 5.00% capitalization rate, with the Group retaining roles as property, leasing, and development manager to support its capital management strategy and long-term value creation for securityholders. The transaction aligns with ongoing efforts to source funding through joint ventures without diluting equity, while recent operating updates indicate continued sales growth among business partners, including 3.7% total sales increase and 4.4% in specialty sales for the three months ended September 30, 2025.
