Recent developments include the November 2024 completion of a $1.3 billion acquisition of 12 masterplanned communities from Lendlease in partnership with Thai developer Supalai through the Stockland Supalai Residential Communities Partnership adding approximately 27,600 lots; expansion of capital partnerships into logistics with M&G Real Estate and KKR forming new ventures valued at around $800 million; growth of the Stockland Land Lease Partnership via transfer of four additional communities; and securing power and zoning for over 100MW of data centre development at Macquarie Park Stage 2.
