Business
Stallion Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: STUD; OTCQB: STLNF) engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of uranium mineral properties primarily in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, Canada; holds the largest contiguous land package in the Western Athabasca Basin, spanning approximately 1,700 sq/km adjacent to multiple high-grade uranium discovery zones and deposits; and maintains a joint venture with Atha Energy Corp. on key projects including the Coffer Project (88,649 acres), Gunter Lake Project, Sandy Lake Project, Borderline Project and Newlands Project. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company focuses on low-cost exploration targeting high-grade uranium deposits using advanced geophysical surveys, proprietary Haystack TI technology for target prioritization, and ground electromagnetic and gravity surveys on priority targets such as Coyote and Appaloosa. Stallion Uranium recently completed an oversubscribed $15 million non-brokered private placement in September 2025 to fund accelerated exploration; closed a technology data acquisition transaction in November 2025 providing exclusive access to proprietary exploration prioritization tools; appointed Peter Dembicki to its board of directors and initiated a Haystack Intelligent Targeting study in September 2025; and sold its non-core Horse Heaven gold and antimony project in Idaho to Resolution Minerals Ltd. in 2024, enhancing financial flexibility for Athabasca Basin advancement.
