This acquisition was supported by Nordic Capital becoming the largest shareholder with approximately 30% ownership, following a SEK 335 million rights issue to accelerate growth, profitability, and further acquisitions. SolTech also made bolt-on acquisitions such as Trönninge Elektriska AB to strengthen its electrical engineering capabilities regionally.
