Products encompass UV, LED-UV, IR/hot air, inert-UV and excimer systems; UV/IR lamps including medium-pressure bulbs, low-pressure lamps and UVC lamps; UV measuring technology and sensors; electronic power supplies; quartz glass components; dispensing units; powder-coating and extraction systems; and high-tech adhesives such as UV adhesives, conductive adhesives and medical-grade adhesives under integrated production. Subsidiaries include UV-Technik Speziallampen GmbH for UV sterilization, curing, disinfection and IR drying systems; Panacol-Elosol GmbH (now Hoenle Adhesives) for industrial specialties; Sterilsystems GmbH for UVC solutions; PrintConcept UV-Systeme GmbH and Eltosch-Grafix for printing applications. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Gilching near Munich, Germany, Hoenle AG serves industries such as electronics, microelectronics, precision engineering, optics, printing, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and food processing across international markets with approximately 590 employees. In September 2025, the company rebranded from Dr. Hönle AG, consolidating its eight UV and adhesives subsidiaries under the unified Hoenle brand with a new corporate design and website to streamline international activities and emphasize leadership in industrial UV technology; this followed organizational shifts into the three business units in 2023 and included prior acquisitions like disinfection specialist Sterilsystems to bolster life science offerings; the group also secured growth financing via a capital increase yielding EUR 26.5 million in gross proceeds.
