HASEKO also completed a significant share buyback program in 2025 and continues to broaden its living space and smart housing offerings, integrating digital and sustainable home innovations. The company reported strong financial performance in 2025 with growth in construction projects and real estate deliveries, completing numerous large-scale condominium projects in key metropolitan areas of Japan. It is pursuing strategic growth by expanding production functions, increasing housing equipment and building material sales, and broadening its digital and service platform for housing and living. HASEKO aims to leverage advanced technologies such as metaverse and generative AI in its business operations and product development to meet diversifying lifestyle needs and achieve carbon neutrality targets. HASEKO Corporation operates across construction, real estate, and service segments with comprehensive offerings in housing design, construction, property management, and living environment enhancements, supported by ongoing strategic expansions into sustainable and digital housing solutions domestically and internationally.
