Business
Stuve Gold Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of historically explored or producing brownfield mineral properties in Chile. The Company’s principal activities comprise the identification, evaluation and development of prospective mineral concessions using modern exploration techniques, with a focus on gold; copper; silver; cobalt; and uranium mineralization. Its portfolio includes the 3,100-hectare Las Animas property in Chile’s iron oxide copper-gold (IOCG) belt, located near the Manto Verde open-pit copper mine, which is held through its wholly owned Chilean subsidiary, Recursos Andina Ltda. Stuve Gold targets mineral exploration opportunities with prior evidence of mineralization or production and emphasizes environmentally responsible and ESG-conscious exploration practices. The Company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, while its exploration operations and mineral-property interests are concentrated in Chile. In 2026, Stuve Gold completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Las Animas property from Compañía Minera Cobalto Chile Limitada through the issuance of 3,333,333 common shares; completed a non-brokered private placement of 12,500,000 units for gross proceeds of CAD3.0 million in March 2026; and completed a further private placement of 6,450,000 common shares at CAD0.31 per share for gross proceeds of CAD1.9995 million in June 2026. Deutsche Rohstoff AG participated in the June financing and acquired a 15.44% equity interest in Stuve Gold, providing the Company with additional capital to support its Chilean exploration and development strategy.
