The Company targets homeowners, businesses, communities, solar-installation professionals and franchise operators through a network of licensed and bonded renewable-energy professionals and franchises across North America. Founded in 2017, Stardust Solar Energy Inc. is headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, and maintains a U.S. presence in Las Vegas, Nevada. Recent strategic developments include expansion of its Quebec franchise offering; launch of a Kitchener-Waterloo franchise; advancement of a lease-to-own solar-panel program; a memorandum of understanding with POWERCHINA relating to a 30 MW solar project; and receipt of final approval from Zambia’s Ministry of Energy, together with an executed implementation agreement, for a 30 MW utility-scale photovoltaic project in Kalulushi District, Copperbelt Province. In September 2026, the Company also announced a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to $641,000 of senior secured convertible debenture units led by Plaza Capital to support its growth initiatives.
