Business
Seawright Holdings, Inc. (SWRI) engages in treating and distributing bulk spring water through its subsidiary in the United States. The company sources natural spring water from its 145-acre property in Mt. Sidney, Virginia, and sells treated and packaged spring water under the brand names Seawright Springs and Quibell; it also provides bulk spring water for transport via tanker trucks, food-grade totes, and other totes. Seawright Holdings serves commercial customers including bottled water companies, craft distillers, craft brewers, and industrial users; municipal customers; and agricultural sectors such as farm irrigation, water supply, livestock, and poultry. Founded in 1999 and headquartered at 600 Cameron Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, the company operates in the non-alcoholic beverages industry within the food, beverage, and tobacco sector. Formerly known as Pre-Settlement Funding Corporation, Seawright Holdings changed its name in September 2003, marking its strategic shift to the spring water business; no major acquisitions, partnerships, funding rounds, or new product launches have been reported in the last 1-2 years.
