- SLAM Exploration Ltd. engages in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in Canada, with a primary focus on gold, silver, copper, nickel, cobalt, zinc, antimony, vanadium and other critical minerals. The Company’s portfolio comprises mineral claims and exploration-stage projects in New Brunswick, principally in the Bathurst Mining Camp and northern and northwestern portions of the province. Its core assets include the 100%-owned Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project, a 14,000-hectare property in the Bathurst Mining Camp targeted for volcanogenic massive sulphide and related critical-mineral discoveries; the Menneval Gold Project in northwestern New Brunswick, including the Maisie vein and associated gold-soil anomalies; the Jake Lee-Love Lake gold project, which includes the No. 1 gold-vein discovery; the Moose Lake gold-antimony project, including the Moose Lake and Skull target areas; and additional gold, base-metal and critical-mineral properties, including Mine Road, Harry Brook and Mount Raymond. The Company also holds net smelter return royalty interests, including a 1% NSR royalty on the Superjack and Nash projects, and is entitled to potential cash and share payments associated with agreements covering the Wedge copper-zinc and Ramsay gold projects.
SLAM’s exploration services and activities include property generation and staking; geological mapping; prospecting; soil, rock, channel and trench sampling; airborne and ground geophysical surveying, including versatile time-domain electromagnetic surveys; diamond drilling; assay interpretation; target delineation; and the advancement or optioning of mineral properties. The Company targets prospective gold, precious-metal, base-metal and battery-metal mineralization for potential discovery and subsequent development, joint venture, option or royalty generation, rather than operating producing mines. Its principal market is the Canadian mineral-exploration sector, with activities concentrated in New Brunswick.
Recent strategic developments include the acquisition by option of the Moose Lake antimony project in March 2026, adding three antimony showings in the Bathurst Mining Camp and broadening the Company’s exposure to gold-antimony targets. In early 2026, SLAM also entered into an option agreement with Great Atlantic Resources Corp. to earn a 100% interest in the Mount Raymond South cobalt-copper-nickel-vanadium property; the agreement requires aggregate cash payments of C$82,500, issuance of 675,000 common shares and at least C$200,000 in qualifying exploration expenditures over three years, subject to a retained 2% NSR royalty. The Company completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement in March 2026, issuing 23,030,553 units at C$0.09 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately C$2.07 million to support exploration activities. During 2026, SLAM expanded drilling at Goodwin, reported massive-sulphide mineralization and new copper-nickel-cobalt discoveries, received a C$60,000 New Brunswick provincial grant for its Goodwin diamond-drilling campaign, and initiated trenching at the Moose Lake gold-antimony targets. SLAM Exploration Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada.
