Business
DongGuan Winnerway Industry Zone Ltd. is a Chinese enterprise with diverse operations, primarily active in real estate development across China. Established in 1992 and becoming the first company from Dongguan to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1994, the firm has cultivated a varied business portfolio. It is involved in the conception, construction, and management of various property types, encompassing both commercial and residential zones, along with other real estate ventures. Beyond property, its interests extend to the creation and rental of industrial parks. The company also maintains a presence in the environmental sector, focusing on the recycling and utilization of lead-containing waste resources to produce recycled lead. Additionally, it undertakes the installation and maintenance of hydropower infrastructure projects. While the company previously engaged in coal mining, some mining assets have been divested. In a recent strategic development, the company announced in June 2025 the termination of its planned acquisition of a majority stake in Asia Vets, a move that would have expanded its footprint into high-end equipment manufacturing. The company reported a positive net income in the first half of 2025, partly attributed to the transfer of a mining subsidiary.
