- Wuhu Sanlian Forging Co., Ltd. is a China-based enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of precision automotive forgings and machined components. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Wuhu, Anhui Province, the company operates integrated production facilities that cover the full manufacturing lifecycle, including die design and fabrication, precision hot forging, isothermal normalizing, heat treatment, precision CNC machining, and automated quality testing.
The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of precision-engineered components across several primary automotive and industrial systems: wheel hub bearing components, comprising inner rings, outer rings, wheel hubs, and bearing flanged rings; steering systems, including steering knuckles, steering arms, and tie rod ends; suspension systems, including ball joint housings, suspension control arms, and stabilizer linkages; transmission and driveline systems, including drive shafts, transmission output shafts, planetary gears, internal gear sleeves, shift forks, and universal joint yokes; powertrain and fuel systems, including high-pressure common rail bodies, fuel injector housings, connecting rods, camshafts, and balance shafts; and new energy vehicle (NEV) solutions, including electric drive hollow rotor shafts, parking lock pawls, insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) pin-fin copper heat sinks, electronic thermal management valve islands, and battery pack refrigerant channel plates.
Wuhu Sanlian Forging serves leading global Tier-1 automotive systems suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including Bosch, ZF Friedrichshafen, Magna International, Schaeffler, BYD, Geely Auto, and FAW-Volkswagen. The company maintains domestic production bases and subsidiaries, such as Huangshan Xinlian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and Wenzhou Sanlian Auto Parts Co., Ltd., while distributing products across domestic Chinese markets and exporting to Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region.
In recent strategic developments, Wuhu Sanlian Forging has expanded its global footprint and broadened its high-end manufacturing operations following its listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in May 2023. The company established its first overseas manufacturing subsidiary, Sanlian Technology Morocco Co., Ltd., located in the Tanger Tech industrial zone in Morocco with an investment of approximately eighteen million euros, aimed at providing localized manufacturing and supply chain support for European and international automotive clients. Furthermore, the company diversified its research and development operations into robotics and aerospace precision transmission systems, collaborating with industrial partners such as Siasun Robot & Automation to develop high-precision planetary speed reducers, ball and roller lead screws, aerospace-grade gears, and custom transmission assemblies.
