Business
Gas Arabian Services Co. (4146.SR) provides integrated technical solutions including automation, instrumentation, field services, mechanical, piping and static equipment, and project management services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, electrical, steel, water and desalination, and mining industries primarily in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company operates through three main segments: Technical Services, which supplies technical manpower and executes engineering projects; Trading, which sells industrial, electrical, mechanical, hydromechanical, petroleum, and other technical equipment; and Manufacturing, which produces piping spools, structural steel fabrications, pressure reduction stations, and related industrial products. It maintains eight joint ventures with global partners such as Yokogawa, Elliott, FS-Elliott, Elster Instromet, and Weidmüller, enhancing its offerings in services and manufacturing, and serves major clients including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and Saudi Electricity Company from its headquarters in Dammam, where it was founded in 1992. In November 2025, Gas Arabian Services signed binding agreements to acquire a 12.90% stake in EagleBurgmann Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd. for SAR 48.7 million and a 40% stake in TCR Arabia Co. Ltd. for SAR 17.1 million from Future Prospects for Operation and Maintenance Co., aiming to deepen integration in sealing solutions, manufacturing, non-destructive testing, and metallurgical services while diversifying revenue streams. Recent milestones include securing two contracts with Saudi Aramco for the third phase of the Master Gas System Expansion project and expanding the Weidmüller Saudi Arabian factory, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 through localized manufacturing, high IKTVA scores, and training programs for Saudi nationals.
