Business
Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company provides health insurance services to individuals and businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Jeddah, the company primarily underwrites medical insurance products; offers specialized services including Enaya Ambassadors, Enaya Doctors, telehealth, home care, chronic care, and elderly care; and operates corporate, SME, and visa insurance plans through online platforms, a mobile app, and a network of healthcare providers. It focuses exclusively on the health insurance segment, regulated by the Saudi Insurance Authority and Council of Cooperative Health Insurance, with operations confined to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In August 2025, Saudi Enaya signed a binding merger agreement with Salama Cooperative Insurance Company, under which Enaya merges into Salama with the transfer of all its assets, liabilities, rights, and contracts in exchange for new Salama shares; the deal received Insurance Authority approval in November 2025 and Capital Market Authority clearance for Salama's related capital increase to SAR 489 million in December 2025.
