ToughBuilt Industries, Inc. operates through subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Armenia, Colombia and Brazil, serving major retailers including Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards, Harbor Freight, Princess Auto, Wickes, Sodimac and others across the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and the Middle East. Incorporated in 2012 and headquartered in Irvine, California, the company launched product sales in 2013 and has expanded internationally with key developments including the January 2023 expansion of its distribution agreement with Sodimac across six South American countries offering 15 in-store and 23 online SKUs, the introduction of over 40 handheld screwdrivers, more than 20 handheld wrenches and a new pliers and clamps line in early 2023, European retail expansions with La Platforme Du Batiment, Prolians, Howdens UK and City Electrical Factors in 2023, and the October 2023 debut of the StackTech product line with over 25 SKUs featuring auto-locking stacking technology.
