- Three Crowns Critical Metals Inc. is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of critical-metals, base-metals and gold properties. The Company’s principal activities comprise exploration for nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum-group elements and gold; geological mapping, geophysical surveys, drilling, sampling, mineral-resource assessment and permitting; and the evaluation and advancement of mineral properties. Its core Swedish portfolio is located in the Västerbotten District of northern Sweden and includes the Lappvattnet and Rormyrberget nickel projects, which host inferred nickel resources collectively containing approximately 177 million pounds of nickel, as well as the Knaften-Hemberget Gold Line property package, including the Knaften intrusion-hosted gold target and the Hemberget gold target discovered in 2024. The Company also holds the Quesnel MagNickel property in the Cariboo Mining District of British Columbia, Canada, expanding its exposure to prospective nickel mineralization in Canada. Its Swedish land package covers approximately 15,000 hectares and targets gold and base-metal mineralization along the Knaften-Barsele Arc. Three Crowns Critical Metals serves investors and prospective strategic partners seeking exposure to early-stage exploration for minerals relevant to electrification, battery supply chains and precious metals. The Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and operates through its Swedish branch, Gungnir Sweden Filial. Formerly known as Gungnir Resources Inc., the Company completed the acquisition of the Quesnel MagNickel property in May 2026 and, effective July 14, 2026, completed a one-for-20 share consolidation and changed its name to Three Crowns Critical Metals Inc.; its common shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TCCM. The corporate reorganization also included modernization of its governing documents and the adoption of an omnibus equity incentive plan.
