Recent developments include the $1.32 billion acquisition of Coveris Americas in 2025 to bolster its flexible packaging capabilities; acquisitions of Canva Group businesses and Middleton Group to accelerate in-store marketing growth; divestiture of industrial packaging operations to Hood Packaging for approximately $95 million in late 2024 to streamline its portfolio and reduce debt; a $1.00 per share special dividend in fiscal 2025 second quarter; and termination of a share monetization arrangement with Capinabel involving 3.95 million Class B shares.
